Terms of Use
Effective: September 18, 2026. These terms describe the intended use and limitations of PR Pulse. Mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded are not affected.
Independent information service
PR Pulse is independent and unofficial. It is not Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), a government service, a law firm or an immigration representative.
No immigration or legal advice
PR Pulse provides informational processing-time estimates, public-source evidence and date tracking. It does not determine eligibility, legal status, maintained status, admissibility, approval, document sufficiency, deadlines or what a person should submit to IRCC. Use official IRCC information and an authorized professional when advice is needed.
Estimates are not guarantees
Forecasts are experimental statistical estimates based on small public/self-reported samples and dated official benchmarks. Individual files can differ materially because of visa office, screening, medicals, document requests, dependants, complexity and other factors. An estimated date or range is not an IRCC decision date or promise.
Evidence freshness
PR Pulse attempts to check current public evidence on load and relevant recalculation events. Sources can be unavailable, rate-limited, incomplete, inaccurate or removed. The interface identifies when it falls back to cited baseline evidence.
Your data
No user account is required. Profile information is primarily stored in the browser. See the Privacy Policy for actual data flows and third-party services.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the service, probe or attack infrastructure without authorization, automate requests in a way that degrades service, bypass provider restrictions, impersonate PR Pulse or IRCC, or use the site to mislead others about government decisions.
Third-party sources and advertising
PR Pulse links to external sources and may display third-party advertising. Those services are controlled by their respective providers. A link, advertisement or cited post is not an endorsement.
Intellectual property
PR Pulse's original interface, model implementation and original written material are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Third-party names, sources and materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used only as permitted by law or applicable licence.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, corrected, suspended or discontinued. Historical forecasts can change when profile inputs, evidence or model versions change; PR Pulse should record material changes rather than silently presenting them as unchanged.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PR Pulse is provided without a warranty that an estimate is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular immigration decision. Do not incur travel, employment, financial or legal commitments solely because of a PR Pulse estimate.
Jurisdiction-specific review
Governing-law, dispute-resolution, liability-cap and indemnity provisions are intentionally not copied from generic boilerplate. Those provisions should be finalized by qualified counsel for the operator's actual jurisdiction before commercial launch.
